About the BCHS BizKidz
Who are we?
Have you heard of the BCHS BizKidz? Well, that's us! We are a grade 10 business class at Burlington Central Highschool and each year we hold a charity event to learn how to run a professional business. We come together with positive and determined attitudes ready to work hard to get tasks done. Unlike any other business class, we learn by taking an event in action and organizing an impactful occasion for us, participants and charities. This event is an awesome learning experience for us, but our main focus is over to make a difference for the people in our community. Since 2004, we have raised a total of 96 000 dollars towards different charities and we continue to work hard to reach success. Our mission
Our mission as the Grade 10 BCHS Bizkids is to raise money and awareness for the McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation. We have a strong desire for the community to be involved while having the opportunity to have fun. As high school students, we feel honored to gain knowledge and to create a professional atmosphere while helping kids who need it most.
